Our cabin overlooks the fjords, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and scenery. A great spot to see the Northern Lights when they’re on display.
We have 3 upstairs bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds, bedroom 2 has a double and a single, and bedroom 3 has a double, and a single bunk over a double.On this floor there’s a large bathroom with shower.
Downstairs we have a kitchen with small dining table. A dining room with large table, leading to a lounge with woodburning stove and access to the upper decking.
In the basement we have a humidity controlled heated drying area, large chest freezer, flask making space, and an extra toilet. This leads on to the “Batcave” holding Johns knife sharpening equipment, our rental equipment and 4 extra freezers.
Outside there’s the barn holding our bait freezers, vac packing machine, room for tackle preparation and somewhere to smoke if you want to.
In front of the barn is the lower decking area. This is the best place to watch the northern lights!
Please note, we don’t allow studded boots on any of the decks areas, or anywhere in the house. The basement is the only place you can wear outdoor shoes or fishing clothing, so as you go upstairs to the main living areas, you’ll need slippers or socks, with joggers or similar for lounging in.
Of course, we have WiFi…!!
Our vehicles are both Toyota 4×4’s. One is a 6 seater minibus, the other is a 5 seater Hilux.
Both are fully adapted for fishing, and for the Norwegian winter roads.
They have rod carriers on the roof, led aftermarket spotlights for great visibility, Nokian studded tyres and space for all your gear.
